In the process of modern science and technology development, dehumidification technology has been applied to various industries, particularly in air conditioning systems.

Because of its more stable performance, reasonable dehumidification capacity, long service life, and straightforward operation, dehumidification air conditioning system has become more popular in market. And among all the dehumidifiers, rotary dehumidifiers are gradually replacing traditional refrigeration devices.

In this article, Puresci will explain how rotary dehumidification technology is used in air conditioning systems.

The core component of every rotary dehumidifier is the desiccant rotor. Each desiccant rotor has two areas, the process area and the regeneration area. Air passes through the process area, releasing its moisture into adsorption medium.

Desiccant rotor then rotates to the regeneration area, where dry air is heated, and evaporates moisture. Then freshly dried desiccant rotor rotates back to the process area and absorbs moisture again.

The desiccant rotor can be nearly silent when operating slowly. Compared to traditional cooling devices, desiccant rotors can save more than 30% of energy consumption. The dehumidification air conditioning system controls not only the indoor temperature and humidity but also the air purity.

Since our establishment, Puresci has put the development of dehumidification air conditioner and the THIC air conditioning system in an important position with the development of our low-temperature regenerative rotor, the PSL rotor.

PSL is a rotor with low energy consumption and can perform well in low temperatures. This series addresses the high demands in humidity control in the industrial field. PSL desiccant rotors can be perfectly applied in air conditioners to create a sterile and comfortable environment for users.
